    Equity lending is like the white rhino, spoken of but never seen.

We have a network of private investors who in certain circumstances lend their money to you in the form of a mortgage. This isn't magic. They accept less documentation for a higher interest rate and better equity position. This is for the investors protection. Please be advised rates and points are high on these products! These guys are not Fannie Mae but they have a place in the market. These products excel as a bridge loans for distresses property investors.

These are some equity products available:

1. Up to 65 Percent Loan to Value 12% and 3 points origination. Minimum property value of $120,000.00

2. Rehab Loans, up to 65 percent Loan to Value of the Subject To value with difference of loan amount minus the purchase price escrowed for repairs. Call for rates and terms on these products

3. Various commercial and raw land deals on a case by case basis.
